Regular can mean a loose fit. And Regular Fit, a bit more fitted, closer to your body. More of a body form shape. Perhaps a bit tighter

Q: What's the difference between the Black "THIN" and Black "THICK"? Materials and material percentages are exactly the same. Please advise.

The material composition is 95% polyester and 5% spandex on the pants I bought not too sure if thin and thick are the same, they're summer thin not heavy wintery.....hope this helps.

Q: How should these be washed?

I washed them in the washer with a load of clothes in warm water and tide. I hang my clothes outside to dry.
