The volume of the speakers is really good in loud environments
The fact I found out was that the volume can be adjusted by the speakers button volume down and volume up button which makes a comparable difference than using your phone's volume button and the value for money is better than a branded speaker that is just the same thing thank you for my purchase in am really happy

Realy bad sound
It has very bad sound quality and low volume

Poor sound quality
The sound is not clear at all. I tried using it several times for Online meetings on my laptop and it was impossible to maintain a conversation. Initially I blamed the wifi, but then I realised it was a problem with the speaker itself. I ended up buying a different brand of bluetooth speaker/microphone that works perfectly under the same conditions
