Super helpful, good and simple design. The only thing better would be if it beeped or had some alarm at the 24 hr mark. Maybe 4/6/8/12/24 hrs, toggled by a single button, so it goes off X hrs after it is last opened? That way you only need to set the alarm once and it automatically goes off at those intervals until you open the cap or click the button to turn it off?

With multiple Rx and specific timing required, it's a challenge for many to keep on schedule. Missing doses or taking a med twice can be dangerous. I was using a pharmacy app on my phone, but there were still ongoing issues. This device has made a real difference in keeping accurate scheduled doses. My confidence is higher and the stress has been lowered. I can check whether or how many doses I've taken. I have recommended to friends.

I have to take the same medication 4x a day, and consistently forget if I took it. These worked right out of the package and actually fit my medication bottle! Giving it 4 stars because I literally just unboxed it.The actual bottles it came with are smaller than I thought (my prescription bottle is much larger), but they will fit in my purse for travel.

I was using apps that tracked when I took my meds, which works as long as I take everything on time. But I kept finding myself, an hour past med time, wondering if I actually took the medication and just forgot to reset the timer. With these caps, I never have to wonder. I am truly amazed how something so simple can be so life changing. I have had these for several months and have had no issues. I even purchased more for my son to use. Note: these don't track your medication schedule or alert you, so if that is important to you, you'll still need to use a separate schedule app.

I have prescription eye drops I have to use multiple times a day. Sometimes I get busy and forget if I used the drops or not. These timer caps have helped keep me on track with my meds. The smaller green bottles would have fit my needs but I bought the larger clear ones so I can more easily see which drop bottle I am reaching for.

I got these because I often forget if I've already taken my medication. It really helps to be able to look at how long it's been! I haven't used the child lock function, but the normal cap works good. It stays on the bottle and is easy to undo. The timer is clear and easy to read.I have discovered (oops) that it will no longer display a number if you go a few days without opening the bottle, so if you have a once a week medication or something like that, these wouldn't work for you.Overall, I would recommend these to anyone that has trouble remembering if they have taken their medication yet. Now if only I could remember to take it in the first place!

It was not child resistant. When I screwed the ring on, it just kept turning. Cheaply made.
