Clear directions, too few recipes for flavored cheese/butter/yoghurt
It was tough to decide how to rate this book. The instructions for making butter, cheese, etc.. are great for a complete beginner like me. But be aware that half of the book are recipes for dishes that use the cheese, not for flavored cheese, butter, etc.. I'd prefer more recipes on variations for the goat cheese, butters, yoghurts, etc.. and less recipes that you can get in any regular cookbook. I feel like I have just half of a cookbook. But I'm very happy with that half.

Awesome book
This book is for you if you want to make fresh cheeses at home. You probably have most items already in your kitchen to make cheese. Simple instructions, not complicated to follow and a great activity to do with the grandkids, teaching them the importance of making your own food. It is an awesome resource on my cookbook shelf!

Great Recipes
Bought the creamery book to make my own dairy goods. This book didn't disappoint. Great recipies with colored pictures to show. Recipies are for butter, cheese, hwc, sour cream, cottage cheese, etc. Worth the purchase.

Homemade honey butter, with warm homemade bread.
I have a brand new butter chern named Daley. I got it from Amazon.com. I plan on making my own butter, cream cheese and all other stuff to go on bread, all kinds of bread from white bread loaves, to pizza dough bread. I got my brand new bread maker down the street from my hotel. The name of the bread maker is I forgot, but I have their brand ice cream maker also. I got them from the nex, that stands for the navy exchange. They are off of trade port drive and daitwaler. It would only take me a little over 5 minutes to walk there.
