This liner is a must have if you use an air fryer. You warm up your fryer without the liner placed inside and once heated place the liner inside with your food items. Once your food item is cooked allow the fryer to cool then just remove the liner and you will be amazed how clean your fryer is now. Maybe a minor wipe down but that's all we've ever had to do.

I have made both chicken and french fries on these liners and they cooked the same as without paper. The benefit is the clean-up. Nothing sticks and even with the chicken juice, the liner could be lifted out and all the captured juice disposed of without a mess. The only downside is the height of the liner sides which curl during cooking. It still does the job but makes it precarious in removing the liner cleanly or having an unwanted overspill.

Love these liners! I was using foil but these are so much better and cheaper! I cook chicken, beef and fish in them, they don’t leak so my fryer stays clean.Use a size appropriate for the food you are cooking, the blower can blow the sides over your food to prevent an even browning. Don’t use them empty - read caution on the package.
