Appears to work well. Presently unable to confirm accuracy, but based on consistency and physican office readings, appears accurate. Readings consistent. Easy to operate. Portable. Recommend.Con: Unable to change date and time which is grossly inaccurate.

I bought the iHealth Track monitor and planned to return it – even starting the return process online. Before returning the monitor, I bought a more expensive, well-known brand for comparison.The competing brand was large, heavy duty and well made, but the app never worked correctly. I constantly had a problem syncing my data with the app. It was aggravating and actually raised my blood pressure.Contrast the iHealth monitor. The app is very simple to use and works well. I compared readings from both Bluetooth monitors for a period of time, and they were very similar.The iHealth monitor is small, portable and uses four AAA batteries unlike most monitors which use AA batteries. The iHealth monitor does not have a carrying case or bag, but the monitor can easily be stored or transported in the small (4x4x6) box it came in.The iHealth monitor is designed a little differently. The cuff attaches in front and not on the side like most other monitors. At first, this seemed a little awkward, and the orientation seemed off. However, as I understand it, on arm cuffs, the cord is supposed to run up the middle of the arm toward the middle finger. I believe that attaching the cuff in front of the monitor lessens the possibility that the cord will bend or kink while taking a blood pressure reading.Also, the cuff on the iHealth monitor is soft and comfortable unlike the rigid cuff on the other monitor. I had difficulty in getting use to the rigid cuff.The iHealth monitor allows you to send your blood pressure results by email in three attachment formats to your doctor or to yourself.I kept the iHealth monitor which I intended to return and returned the more expensive monitor.

I've been checking my blood pressure for 29 years now. It would be a safe bet to say, I've used more than a few monitors. This is my first Bluetooth monitor and I gotta say, I love it! No more keeping endless logs. No more wasting paper. This monitor not only helps you but it helps preserve our environment as well. That's priceless in my book. It's been so convenient to email my readings over to my doctor. So now I'm saving time too! I also like that they added a color coded feature that synchronizes with your blood pressure reading. Green is good, orange is stage 1 and thankfully I haven't seen red yet! The size is a perfect fit for home or travel. So no need t to worry about it being too bulky in your luggage. The cuff is soft and offers comfort while you're taking five to temper down. Oh, and the batteries have been going strong for about a month now! Great job!

Excellent customer service. I had bought a unit that had a problem and after the Amazon return date, but customer service at iHealth responded promptly and professionally, sending me a new unit.It’s a nice compact unit, syncs easily with iPhone, my only reservations are that the release of air while measuring the blood pressure is a bit slow. And also, it only takes AAA batteries, and there’s no provision for a AC adapter.Otherwise, it seems accurate and it is very easy to use.

11/03/2024 Received about 18 hours after ordering. Inspected and it felt well made. Easy start up, just insert batteries apply cuff and push start. QR code on outside of box to download app to phone which is not necessary for operation. I'm a registered nurse of >30 years and found the operation of the machine to be consistent with the automatic machines used in our cardiology practice. The accuracy seems very high so far (checked against manual readings). I am pleased with purchase. Downloaded app and like that convenience. Still experimenting but it seems so far that the cloud button must be pressed following result, in order to transfer results to the app on your phone. Not a big deal but would be nice if that were automatic. Will update after a few days use and after the election, which is why I needed this machine in the first place :)Overall impressed with the quality and function of the unit.

I bought this because I have very low blood pressure. It has helped me keep track of my blood pressure since it connects to my phone. It's been super helpful, and it's so easy, my kids can use it.

I received accurate readings. I compared the readings to the doctor's office and other family members. It's very easy to use and compact enough to take with you. The Android version of the App is intuitive and makes it easy to download readings. The App presents data in easy to understand graphs and charts. This product is a Great Value!

The device works well and it's easy to use. The screen is simple to read. If I had any reservation about this product is that the sleeve is a bit flimsy compared to other blood pressure cuffs I've used. It still works well.

Pretty straightforward to use, the app is not very polished but does it's job.
