Save your time and money and purchase Walk Hero instead. These are nothing more than some padding without any heal or arch support people on their feet all day need.They cut a hole in the heal and put spongy padding in it. What you feel instead of support, is the hard edge around the hole. By day two, they were squeaking as I walked.The price is inflated, then marked down to make you feel like your getting a deal. What you get, is taken! They are already in the trash. Not worth my time to even return.

been using these all year!holding up ok and need to replace soon.give these a week to break in, they are very firm at first and feet will kinda hurt after awhile but eventually they mold to your feet and become comfortable. Thick at the heel and decent girth at the toesI do a TON of walking! I achieved the sahara desert badge on the Pedometer I had on my phone in about 6 months from just the amount of walking required for my job. After about 6 hours is where these fail me a bit. Pain comes back and doesn't fully help with fatigue so I needed to look into the other versions.I will say that these were better then the Orthotics i bought that were far more expensive.I suffer from alot of feet issues to plantar fasciitis, falling arches and degenerative joints from all the walking. 85% of the time these work very well and i am able to do my job however, afterwhile it starts to become difficultthese are great for moderate use daily but not for very super long days (10+ hours)Firmly recommend these

I wanted something for work because I have to be on my feet 8 hours. First hour my feet were on fire. They were in so much pain. I even googled what the best insoles were for it and these came first. Worst purchase ever

Not only is this sole insert easy to install, it is comfortable, takes the pressure off of my feet and relieves my back pain. I Feel much better knowing that these inserts have my back, and my feet! The gel feels cool and supportive from the tips of my toes to my heels. The Arch support isn't too small or too hard, its just right.

I bought my daughter these insoles based on the high reviews but the size guide is off. Her insoles were listed as U.S. women's 8-9.5. She wears a size 9, Nike soccer cleat and the insoles out of the box were too small for the shoes.

They are very cushy and I love how they fit perfectly in my Reebok Running shoes. Strongly recommend to anyone with foot or heel issues.

I have been using this insole for playing golf and the difference has been awesome. Overall my feet ankles and knees have been less tired and impacted. The sizing was good straight from the box but it looks easy enough to trim.
