For $5 it sure beats $80
Switch looked just like the original and popped right in. Got two for $9 so at $5 it was a lot cheaper than the $80 that appliancerepair.com wanted for an OEM part.

They work well
I mounted one of these into the door jam of my pantry in conjunction with a strip of LED lights. I attached the LED lights adhesive backing around the inside of the door frame so when the door is opened the lights uniformly illuminate ALL the shelves from ceiling to floor. Open door, lights on. Close door, lights off. Same principle as the door of your refrigerator. You’ll feel spoiled and wonder why every pantry and closet doesn’t do this!

Great replacement
The light in my freezer went out in my Whirlpool refrigerator and I noticed a small plastic piece broken off. Turns out there is a little lever on the left side that broke off that activated the light in the freezer. I got these and crossed my fingers that they would work. It turns out it is a little plug that slips out with a little wiggling. I had to compress the lever on the inside, which wasn't hard to do with a little file I have handy. The plug I received is slightly different than the one I removed in that the new "plug" had two prongs and the old one had three. I gave it a shot and it worked. I now have a working light in my freezer. Unsure of how long it will last, and I will update the review when/if replacement (again) is required. For now, I am happy to see inside my freezer.

These work!
Just installed one of the pair sent me, on my older Jenn-Air refrig. Easy install. Compare that these cost $ 5.00 each, versus up to $ 35.00 each on Appliance Parts websites. I was surprised (but glad) that Amazon carried these small items. Arrived in 2 days of ordering on Prime.

Perfect fit
Very easy to install and worked like a charm. Can't imagine ever needing another one but we've got a spare just in case another freakish accident occurs.
