Great and well made case. There is also NO strong chemical odor! A problem plaguing similar cases by other manufacturers.
Very good case for the Akai MPK Mini. It is not super rigid so I would not recommend putting this in airplane luggage on it's own. But due to it's form factor it fits really nicely into a bigger suitcase. The padding is quite nice and the case seems to be very well put together. Something I've seen posted about other cases for the Akai MPK Mini is that they have this strong chemical odor that most likely comes from the cheap materials they have been made of. This is not the case for this LTGEM case. Right out of the box it is close to odorless. This was a huge relief to me since I was worried that it might have the same problem reported in reviews for other cases that are in the same price range. I don't know how they managed to offer a product made of better materials at the same price point as the other cheaply made ones, but kudos to LTGEM. Overall great case and I would highly recommend!

Strongly recommend to anyone with an MPK mini. Without a case, it quickly collects dust and it could affect how the keys and pads function.

I got the hard case because I'm clumsy 🙃! I was so amazed at the make and value and weight of this case! The foam at the top to protect the mechanics of your Akai Mini Midi Controller and wow the bottom! The bottom is as soft as silk with padding underneath to keep your investment looking FRESH! There is no weight at all yet it is as snug and secure as a safe! Protect your MPK Mini and definitely pick this up with your purchase. Together, I paid $163.11 with a $3 gift certificate. That was also with the $12 shipping. Absolutely amazing deal!

AKAI MPK mini case
If you have an AKAI MPK mini play then this case is a must. Cloth outside but hard shell case that will protect against bang, bumps and drops. It also has room for a few cables and is well constructed.The seller was spot on with the description and fast shipping. I would highly recommend them.I would like to find similar cases for my drums!
