This has been kind of a secret for years in my family, when ever we feel a tingle of a cold, sore throat, ear infection or anything that makes us feel like we are coming down with something, we take 3 of these, then 2 more every few hours for a few days and what ever it was is usually gone. Not sure why it works, but it's crazy effective and we count on it to keep us all healthy. Don’t know why this works, but it definitely helps protect against colds and flu. I take 2 morning and 2 evening, and am seldom sick. Been taking it for years.

I have always struggled with seasonal allergies with horrible fluid in my ears. Since I started taking these I don’t have hardly any allergy symptoms whilst my children do, so now I will be putting this in there drinks every day and watch for improvement!
