Cheap and Perfect headset for meeting
I bought it directly because it was cheap because I needed a meeting head set that I could use while traveling. It's cheap but it works. Much better than the cheap and useless headset I bought before.Microphone Quality; It has much better sound quality than I expected. I logged into the lobby early while on a Zoom call. I made a few sentences and then asked how my sound quality was. They said it was great and clean right after I asked.Especially in some meetings and lectures, audio recordings are taken. To listen later and understand the incomprehensible issues. We bought a recording and listened, everything was great. Now I can lecture if this headset is used.Comfort and Ear;Headphones are very comfortable overall. The ear cushions are soft and do not make my ears feel too hot after prolonged use. My previous headset was burning my ears. Especially in the summer days it gets really bad.How to use;Connect the headset to the computer and everything is ready! If the computer does not recognize the microphone, press the speaker icon in the windows bar. Open the sound settings and select the headset you just connected. Now everything is ready. In noisy situations or momentary problems, there is a mute button, there is a volume up and down. These are important for jobs like meetings. Because sometimes there can be a problem all of a sudden.

Good lightweight headset for the price; headphones OK but mike just so-so
I bought this headset for use in online meetings where clearly defined sound is needed and where you need to hear what everyone else is saying; more importantly, they must clearly hear you without echo or ‘boom’ and where the sound is not ‘muffled’ too much. The headset is lightweight and portable, which was a significant factor in the purchase decision as I need to travel with it.Performance:• The headphones are OK-to-good, and considering they are not over-ear hi-fi quality the sound is more than adequate• The microphone however is adequate for skype/zoom calls but no better. It has a mute button and a volume control, incorporated inside a small control box on the connecting cable. The small black foam sleeve (to reduce echo) which fits over the mike is not attached, but just pushes on - and often falls off rather too easilyThe headset looks as though it might be flimsy but has proved reliable in service; I even bought a second one as a standby. However, for interviews on the radio and for online podcasts - I am a published author and am often interviewed for 60-90 minutes at a stretch - I no longer use these headsets but deploy higher-end equipment for better sound quality in all situations, at a higher outlay cost (the mike alone costs ten times as much as this headset but is worth every penny for recordings). One of these headsets though remains in constant use while I’m travelling and as a budget headset, it’s good for what it is so long as you don’t expect premium quality sound from the mike.

Excellent for Teams/Zoom
I do counselling online so needed a decent headset to use with my laptop. These do an excellent job of filtering out background noise at both ends allowing my client and me to hear each other clearly.I like that they come in a nice box that can be used for keeping them safely stored when not in use.

Utterly Disappointing: Venker USB Headset - Fails on All Fronts
I had high hopes for the Venker USB Headset. Unfortunately, this product fell short of my expectations from the outset. The USB-C compatibility was the main reason for my purchase however, when connected through the USB-C adapter, the headset failed to deliver the expected audio quality. The sound was faint and lacked clarity. To make matters worse, the microphone was a huge disappointment. During my work Teams & Zoom calls, my voice came across as muffled and distant, prompting numerous complaints from colleagues who couldn't hear me clearly. This was frustrating, considering clear communication is vital in a professional setting. The final letdown was that after only a few weeks of use, the headset stopped working altogether, rendering it completely useless. This isn't what you expect when you invest in what is marketed as a quality headset. This product not only underperformed but also failed to provide the fundamental reliability you would expect from a device like this. To anyone considering the Venker USB Headset for work calls or virtual meetings, I cannot recommend this product. Purchasing this product has been an unfortunate waste of money. I would encourage potential buyers to look elsewhere for a more dependable and better quality product.

Great sound but not what advertised
The sound is great, but they do not look like what's is the photo, not even close. The microphone is good as well but 8 hours a day wearing these just hurt. My main disappoint was the fact I expected leather cushions on my ears, what I got was the 1980s over the ears.

Can’t believe how clear and loud these headphones are
Got these for work calls after my old pair sputtered and died and I had to several times take the headset off my head to just check that the volume wasn’t being blared for everyone to hear in the quiet office. It’s astonishingly clear and so comfortable and light on the head, which is so surprising for this price. My old Jabra ones were never this clear and loud and they cost £60. I haven’t tried this for gaming and audio editing type things but works really well for calls and YT videos.

I see no reason for noise cancelling
I liked these headphones. The sound is good and the microphone clear. Being usb, the digitization is done close to the headset. My understanding of noise cancellation, is that it needs a second microphone to pick up the external sound so that it can be cancelled.
