Company has no interest in replacing or rectifying issues
Bought in August and now November bride bag has sticking issies and falling apart, zipper busted open. Contacted seller and was told warranty doesn’t cover. Very poorly made from cheap materials. Only thing that is lasting is the seat belt stripes.. go figure.Would never recommend this company or backpack. Price is outrageous for quality..
