Great fit and function Poulan P4018WT
I bought this for my Poulan P4018WT chainsaw. I had no spark, I ordered this item and it takes about 10 minutes or less to install if you know what your doing. The gap card in the box was super helpful, and this product allowed my chainsaw to fire right up and run great again!

Replacement worked perfectly.
The first coil I received did not work and I gave the product a 1 star review and returned the coil to Amazon.The supplier reached out to me and sent me a replacement coil. I installed it in my Poulan 2150 chainsaw and it worked perfectly.In many cases, aftermarket replacement parts are slightly different and can be difficult to install. That is not the case with this part. It was exactly like the original part and was very easy to install.I have to give props to this supplier for standing behind their product. I heartily recommend this part and the supplier.

Got my Old Poulan 2150 saw up and running.
Nothing winds me quicker than pulling on a piece of pwer equipment that wont start. My old Poulan 2150 had a weak red spark and just would not start. I installed this ignition coil (which fit perfectly) and it fired right off and runs great. Now has a snappy blue green spark. I'm happy.

Poulan, Ya Know
I thought I had tracked the no start problem down (new fuel lines, new fuel, new sparkplug, checked the wires, new carburetor, Seemed to have compression and spark. The last piece should have been here. Nothin! It beat me. After years of contemplation, I realized my mistake was buying the thing (the saw) in the first place. Wisdom comes so late in life. Don't be like me and waste this life on a Don Quijote quest for a cheap chainsaw when there are so many Chinese made chainsaws out there on Amazon to enjoy at very reasonable prices. With the new battery run chainsaws cutting for up to 20 minutes on a charge in 70° weather and the impending banning of all petroleum products, including petroleum jelly!, why it's only a matter of time before we'll clear cut the rainforests. Yours in beaver hood.

Didn't work
Didn't fit quite the same as OEM . Didn't like that they used a spring to make contact with the spark plug. Couldn't get it to work at all.

When all else fails
Poulan 4018 Wild Thing Would not idle right, Stalling and not starting when hit. After the runaround of rebuilding the Carb., Re-tuning the Carb, replacing the Spark Plug, re-gapping the spark plug, inspecting the saw for vacuum leaks, fuel flow issues, etc. the Saw finally refused to start at all......No longer had any spark.Ordered and replaced the Coil, Gapped it and tweaked the Carb once more.Saw now runs great!
