Love these. They fit well and are easy to adjust. I got the large size as I already had a different pair that were on the smaller side and fit closer to the size of my hand. I like the large Sporti paddle as there is much more surface area and it really does build strength. You can really feel the pull and it definitely creates a slower stroke cadence per lap. That said, I love pairing the Sporti large size with the smaller pair that I have. The smaller size still creates some pull, but allows me to go at a faster stroke cadence. Bottom line, pairing a small pair with this larger pair will really create a great workout. It creates nice muscle confusion. Just don't overdo it as you need to be careful with your shoulders when using paddles. This is very simple technology that really does its job very well.

These paddles, give you a wonderful workout also keeps my hands flat on the paddle versus having to worry about cupping them while I swim

Only giving 4 stars because the measurement diagrams for the paddle sizes are odd due to there being multiple points that it can be measured from, resulting in the ordering of too large a paddle. Difficult to judge if you don't have a paddle in front of you already. Otherwise, the paddle itself is great, returned large one (huge) and reordered the next smaller size (M)

Exactly as promised. These hand paddles fit securely and provide the right balance of pull for a good upper body workout. I’m glad I ordered and use them

These were very reasonable and they've lasted me a long time with no signs of weakening even after daily use. They are super easy to adjust to fit any size. The resistance is moderate and don't cause strain on my shoulders that others do since the holes make it slightly less resistent. They're very comfortable and designed with comfort, simplicity and ease of use in mind.

I've been swimming a lot for 25 years and have never used a hand paddle in my life until yesterday. My little finger has becoming gradually but steadily numb-er and numb-er. After researching this I learned that my swim stroke pressure may actually be causing it. I tried these yesterday and they fit good and improved my swimming speed (which I don't really care about) I will update this review when I've had some time to see if the paddles help my baby finger.
