Very happy with the product and the seller thanks
My microphone wasn't working but the seller sent me new one straight away. I am very happy with the seller and the product

Good. Until it failed
This was a really good headset. For the first 2 months that I owned it anyway. It was in use 2-3 days per week, for a few hours of conference calls per day. And then the sound failed in one side and there's no fix. Really disappointing because up to that point, I was convinced it was possibly the best headset I've owned. No headset lasts for ever - but they really should last for longer than 2 months! Maybe mine was just a bad one from the batch. Or a 'Friday afternoon' unit. Shame. **Update - The suppliers have been very supportive since posting the original review and have reimbursed the purchased cost. I can't fault the customer service, it's just a shame the headset stopped working**

Great Customer Service For Quality Product
Well made and stylish, great value for Bluetooth headset with mike, great tone and included (printed) set-up details. Light and good battery (re-chargeable) times - what else can I say. Well, 'when a problem arose customer support were rapid with a reply and a solution. 10 out of 10!

Not worth it
The mic broke after adjusting it few times. Wiring came loose so couldn’t use it anymore. Very disappointing.
