This product has a coating on it that allows the ink to encapsulate into the coating nearly immediately after printing. Assuming you are using the appropriate media type settings when printing and the top coating on the material doesn't become oversaturated with ink, it should be dry nearly immediately. You should be able to cut the product immediately after printing. This material is a glossy clear material that works well in standard inkjet printers. It is completely see through.

The material is a poly material so the material itself is waterproof. Unfortunately, your inkjet printer inks will not be waterproof so the ink will likely smear / smudge if you get it wet. The product has a permanent adhesive and will stick to a car window. It may be best to test the product for your intended purpose. Q: Does this work with sublimation transfer paper

I don’t do sublimation, but I would say no. Sub paper is completely different.
