I was excited when this arrived. It looks great and makes a great cooling with many settings. However it is NOT dimmer switch compatible with Lutron. I’ve had an electrician come out twice, once to install, and secondly to switch out light switch fixture to non dimmable. Does not dim at all via remote. Also, the LED light source is unstable and flickers. It hurts my eyes and I’m going to have it removed. This purchase was a true disappointment, if the company had used incandescent lights, this product would have most likely worked a lot better.

Like the design of the fan, but the light started flickering and then went out. Can't find a replacement light kit for this model.

I bought this to replace a fan from the 70s while updating my home office. The reviews suggested it would be a good fit for the space, and with the remote, would allow me to eliminate the wiring and separate wall switches for the fan and the lamp. The unit was received complete and with pretty good instructions so the install went smoothly. It is easily half the weight of the one it replaced. I like the convenience of the remote control. It looks good. Ok, that's the good. Now, the bad. The motor is loud. On the lowest fan speed setting, the motor is sufficiently audible that Zoom participants have commented on it while I'm having meetings. At full speed, the blades generate enough noise to drown out the motor, but now there's just twice the noise. The lamp is just awful. The quality of light that it emits is bad enough that I just never use it now. I've put a couple of floor lamps in the room to provide a diffuse, natural light instead of the synthetic, sterile, luminal assault of the fan. I might try to wire in a few different color temperature LEDs to see if I can get it more useful since I went to the time and expense of installing this thing.

The fan works fine but the light has gone off and the customer service is terrible. I am trying to just get details of how yo fix/replace the light but there is no response from the manufacturer. The fan is useless to me without the light working and as I am not able to replace the lights I will have to buy a completely new set !

Purchased product 7 months ago. Return rigght away on the purchase due to the fan having a humming notice. Then the replacement is doing the same thing. As for the light already replaced and it pulsate while it is on. For my experience wouldn't recommend as its not quiet and having problems with the light .

Good looking fan BUT makes noise and the led blinks so I had to buy a replacement light. Easy to do that. Unfortunately I bought for several rooms and I waited to long to have them installed so cannot return them. I think they are cheaply made and would not buy again.
