Insane battery life
Writing this review because today my phone told me my headphones had 10% battery remaining. This is important because I think the last time I charged these headphones was probably because I went on a long holiday about 13 months ago. With moderate use weekly since then.So if you're wondering about the battery life let's just say you're more likely to die of old age than actually needing to recharge these.Being able to swap between sound cancelling, ambient (really good for safety, means you're fully aware of your surroundings even with headphones on) and sound cancelling off with a dedicated button is really nice.Really clean and sleek look, hasn't got any signs of wear and tear after 2 years use. Only downside is that it doesn't fold away at all so it takes up space in bags or whatnot.

Literally the best pair of headphones I've ever owned.
I'm autistic and I listen to music to destress or cope. These are the best pair of headphones I've ever owned and i'm not even over exaggerating. They're super comfy and fit completely over my ears. A full charge lasts ages, even at the rate I use them (ALOT). They aren't bulky and they're comfy to fall asleep in as well. Also super easy to use as you just turn them on and connect them! Overall, just amazing. Definitely recommend

The best budged headphones
I had an issue this last month about the connection with my iphone but on overall it is perfect. The sound is great; even the bass is great. The buttons are so important, and the battery lasts for 6 days at least without charging.

Battery life is basically like a Nokia phone
Bought these because I needed headphones to cancel out the music that plays at the gym and it does that job perfectly don’t have to turn up volume too much when I have noise cancelling on. I like the look and feel of the headphones but the best feature by far is definitely the battery life to be fair I only use them at the gym for maybe 2hrs but at least 4-6 times a week and then leave it in my drawer or bag until I use them next and I barely remember the last time I charged them. Also don’t come off when I’m running.

Good but has flaws
The Good.- Solid construction,- Buttons are easy to identify,- ANC is good but I wouldn't say great. It filters out louder noises but the quieter noises slip through.- Can connect to phone and laptop via USB cable, meaning ANC still works.- Ambient sound is easily accessedThe Bad- My main issue with these is the material on the ear pads. After about 40-60 mins they become hot and sweaty.- The pressure from the arms on the head is too much for me. After watching a film I had headache around my ears and felt a physical pressure relief when taking them off. I have a faily small head too.- The odd sound is really loud. I was watching Star Wars Ashoka some of the impacts in fight scenes were really loud. (like when adverts come on at high volumes and catch you off guard) I had to turn the volume down for these parts which left me struggling to hear the talking parts.- Base could be a little better.- The phone app can change the sound but this change is only in effect when the headphones are connect to your phone and the app is on. There is no onboard memory to keep the settings. When you close the app and re-open you can see the the settings have reset to default.- You can't charge these via a USB plug and use them at the same time. The simply disconnect. Note: you can plug them into your phone/laptop via USB and use them including ANC, this may also charge them too, but I can't confirm.- No AUX to use without battery.- There is no way to switch between BT devices. It remembers the connections but you can't switch. So you have to disable BT on the device you don't want to automatically connect to.

Reasonably Good Headphones
I have been using these headphones for a few months now and I am reasonably satisfied with them for the price paid but not blown away by them.I have recently bought a pair of Sony WH-CH520s which cost about ten pound less than these Edifiers and although lacking noise cancellation do sound noticeably better. And I should say I got these whilst they were on offer, I’m not sure I would buy them at full price but they are on offer on a regular basis so that’s probably the time to buy them.It is a shame that these headphones do not have a customisable equaliser instead relying on just a few presets which could be better. A number of cheaper headsets do have this feature and think it would probably help improve sound quality. On a similar note a little disappointing there is no support for 360 sound or head tracking either. Although I was aware of that when I bought them so can’t complain too much about that.Think they do sometimes sound a little flat and can sometimes make vocals sound a pit peaky and robotic. The sound cancellation does work reasonably well if you have realistic expectations of it. No ANC will ever cancel out all noise. The weakness with the noise cancellation is on public transport , they seem to struggle with stop and start of engine noise on the bus for example. Although this isn’t a major issue for me.Only giving them 4 stars overall because the cheaper aforementioned Sony’ do sound noticeably better than these Edifier’ and that’s all I have to compare them with and noise cancellation is of secondary importance to me.
