This lamp is really great. It’s LED so it’s energy efficient. It’s attractive, even elegant, in its style and useful because of its design. I have it on my bedside table. The light dims or brightens easily and the head swivels so the light can be aimed where it’s needed. If I want to read fine print, I aim it at what I’m reading and use the brightest setting. If I aim it at the ceiling, it lights up the whole room on the high setting or is comfortably glowy on the lowest. It’s versatile and convenient. Highly recommended.

This lamp exceeds all expectations. It is well designed, attractive in any setting, and best of all-it is so functional. It arrives in highly protective, packaging, and it is extremely easy to assemble. The ability to dim the light is also a positive. I don’t know if this is a recommendation or not, but I’m getting ready to order my second lamp today.

It is a gorgeous lamp. High quality, heavy base and really nice movement in the joints. It's solid. It feels and looks expensive. I love how flexible it is. The light itself isn't blindingly bright, some people might think it's a bit dim. This is because there's a translucent glass layer over the light bulb inside the pyramid shaped part, which diffuses the light. I think it's perfect for placing at a desk as I've found other lamps way too bright and have had to turn them away. The glass is held together by two screws so you could take them off if it's too dim. It was so incredibly easy to put together, I think it came in two parts and all you had to do is screw the base in, but I can't even remember because it was so easy, it took like 10 seconds. I'm in love with this lamp, it's the best purchase I've made on Amazon.

Ordered this as a reading lamp for my bedroom. Has a solid feel, works fine and is easy to assemble. But just a notice to the seller here. I ordered the lamp in brushed nickel but received a black one. I checked the box which was clearly marked as brushed nickel, but that wasn't what was in it. Fortunately I was torn between the style of finish I wanted when I ordered it and in retrospect I think the black one "works" better. So in this case, it worked out.

Exact to its description, and exceeds my expectations. You'd think that any ole desk lamp would do -- not so. Many are too lightweight to stand sturdily, or made in such a way that the pole and extensions loosen and sag over time. I haven't had this for long, but I am confident by its design, components, and assembly that it will hold up. The adjustable position of the extension apparatus and overall light is ideal. The base never has to move to reposition the light. As a bonus, the intensity of the light's brightness is adjustable. Easy on; easy off. All this, and it's attractive and a great price. I bought this for my home office. I'm requisitioning the purchase of 6 more for our business office. And, I'll buy my son one for his apartment. Keeper.

I've purchased both floor and table versions of this pharmacy lamp and will likely purchase two more for bedroom nightstands given their functionality and appearance. Arriving in double packaging, with formed foam inner compartments holding and safely separating the individual parts conveyed a level of care and craftsmanship that the fixture itself revealed upon easy assembly. The full-range, one-touch, 10 -100% dimming was an essential criteria for me. But the overall impression of the product, at the price offered, is hard to believe. Such fit, finish and function could easily compete with fixtures costing twice as much. It restores your faith. Buy with confidence.

It is a nice lamp for the price, but it came with dents. They were pretty minor and it is a hastle to rebox it to ship back for an exchange.

It arrived promptly and is exactly as advertised. It’s well made, (very solid) and works well. Very pleased with it.
