Works great if you know what are you doing
Has been using the device for a while and finally got chance to come back and write a review here- Appearance: package is solid and the device is well built, very interesting to notice that the charging port is type-c, which is great so I have one less charger/cable to haul around with me when I am traveling. Good selection of the heads as well, only had chance to use 2 of them but switching them is super easy with the tool included (also remember to sanitize them before the first use and after each use!).- Operation: this part is a little bit tricky, as there are multiple levels of the vibration available for selection. If you are using that the first time start with softest one to get the hang of it, however, it is pretty weak to my preference (as you are more comfortable maneuver the cleaner inside your mouth). You really need to try it out, bear in mind this is not a toy also it definitely requires more focus/attention comparing to using the electronic toothbrush.- Battery and charging: charging is quick and I only need to charge it once a week, bottom cap is a little bit tight but do a good job keep the water out of itOverall, there will be a small learning curve on how to make it work to the full capacity but as long as you are following instruction and pay enough attention while using it, it is a great handy tool for you and very slick design as well. I am using both string and water flosser every day, however some coffee stain still slowly form and I have used this cleaner mainly for that and the results is pretty promising.

Unbelievable how fantastic this tool is.
Note/Disclaimer: this is tool is for humans NOT for dogs...With that said my dogs are well trained and I brush their teeth every week so they are used to me cleaning their teeth. Even though I brush their teeth every week they still over a 8 year time span built up a large amount of plaque. I got this tool in hopes I could avoid the thousands it would cost to have a vet clean all 4 of my dogs teeth. It's still unbelievable to me how good this tool worked! ALL the plaque build up for the past 8 years is simply gone and my dogs teeth went from dark yellow to black back to being in perfect condition and white again, plus a added bonus their bad breath is gone as well!Again I would not recommend this to anyone. Do you research and know what you are doing prier to attempting this and also having a well trained dog and having control over them is a MUST.

Not too bad
As home use, it is good. Tartar is removed via vibration by gently touching teeth. I am happy with it. Only one problem is I feel the power is not very powerful even though there are options to choose. Even I choose "very strong", I don't feel it very strong. Other than that, I have no complaint.

Not for me.
I have some staining on back molars, but nothing severe. I didn't think this did a darn thing for it and I returned it. I bet it works fairly well for people with large globs of dental calculus, but that wasn't my issue. Also, if you have tinnitus, this thing couldn't make it worse if you jammed it right it in your ear. I could have lived with that if it did what I wanted it to because I didn't think I'd need to use it more than 3 or 4 times a year. But I will wrap this up by saying it seems to be well made...it just wasn't a smart purchase by me.

Actually works!
The inside edges of my bottom front teeth collect tartar no matter how often I brush, floss, and water-pik. This tool keeps them clean.

Works Well!
Although I haven't had a chance to use this appliance extensively, it seems to works as advertised to remove plaque. Not that my teeth have the build-up of plaque pictured in the promotional materials, but it also works fine on thin-layer build-up. Wonder how it works on jewelry?

Cannot use on Crowns
Since you are not allowed to use on crowns or teeth with fillings and I have a permanent retainer, so I was afraid to us it on those teeth too. Anything with metal. I only had about 5 teeth I could use it on so for me, I think it was pretty much a worthless product.

Use with caution
If you aren't familiar with this tool then don't use it. If you use it without caution, you will put a hole in your teeth in an instant. Caution!
