I bought this item to increase my milk supply, which didn't happen but it's just cause of me. It was worth a try, affordable, smells good, and taste okay.

Took this to improve breast milk supply and it actually helped. Im happy I purchased it. All those otc vitamins that have a mix of things can have the opposite effect. I like that it doesn't have a ton of filler in it too like some products. I definetly recommend, especially to mama's trying to increase their milk supply.

I went through my first bottle and I could tell a difference in my metabolism. I waited to order my next bottle and I started noticing I felt more sluggish everyday. I didn't realize that brewer's yeast had a probiotic effect but that's where I was noticing it the most. These are beneficial in more than one way and I've found that I definitely feel better when taking them.

Bought them to increase my milk supply but sadly it didn't. No aftertaste.

I lost weight thanks to some Keto pills... and when I added these pills to the diet PUMMM the loss was increasing like Magic...At first they tasted a bit unpleasant but after a few days I needed that taste in my mouth to live :v
