It's only day one and I've used it just once but I'm not really sure than I can fault this beautiful Grohe Square 'Rainfall' Showerhead in any way at all. I did originally buy a cheaper Grohe model but it gave far too small a jet of water to get a proper shower from. This has therefore replaced that and, with its very large 25cm x 25cm shower head, the rainfall water coverage is fantastic! It's the first shower of this size that my low-water-pressure house has been able to support and, previously, I've always compromised in one way or another via the ever-changing use of low pressure showerheads vs. very small shower heads in an attempt to balance water flow with water coverage though, seemingly, not any more!This Grohe Vitalio 250 showerhead comes out of the box feeling sturdy and sports a stunning square design with proper chrome curved edges (not plastic!). Upon installation (which was very easy) the water pressure and coverage are very good even in my hapless low pressure bathroom (though it is firmly in the rainfall camp as it is not a power shower). The lovely thing about it is that each little water jet is consistent with the others and flows in the right direction (downwards) which sounds silly to point out but, after using cheaper brands, this is the first rainfall shower head I've had that doesn't have rogue jets just dripping uselessly or spraying in all directions including sideways! This Grohe Vitalio 250 Showerhead genuinely 'keeps the flow from every nozzle equal and consistent' as per the specifications. Anyway, suffice to say that, after many attempts to get it right, this Grohe shower head is a keeper with its reasonable price, great design and solid performance and is, overall, very highly recommended by me.

Initially i thought that the water flow was really low, and reading what others had put i was about to send it back, in till i looked a little closer at the unit.There is an O-Ring inside that restricts the water flow, i removed this and the water flow is now amazing, shame i cant make the unit thinner ...lol

Always trust grohe quality look so good and love the size for a proper rainshower feel.However it dis reduce the water pressure.

Water flow is terrible - I have 3 bars of internal pressure and it’s not been installed long enough to have any kind of mineral buildup in the shower head yet. Usually I use the other shower head, wish I had noticed this in time to return it.

Very gd does what it says

I like the brand and the fact it is environmentally friendly compared with others (it helps to save water). Nonetheless, I hate taking a shower with it because the water feels more like mist (like when it's raining but you almost don't get wet) so I always have to rinse my hair and body with the "smaller/hand" shower (from a different brand) because I don't feel it rinses well. Additionally, if I stay too long under this shower head with hot water I end up feeling dirtier than when I started my shower, as you feel in a tropical country when it is hot and humid and you sweat. That's how I feel when I take hot showers with this shower wet: the water-saving feature is so good, that I feel more as I've been walking outside in a Summer afternoon in a tropical country. Definitely not the feeling you want during and after your shower. It would be much better if the water drops were bigger.I only keep it because my husband likes it (but he's bald, so he doesn't need to rinse his hair and he's Brazilian so he's used to tropical weathers).

Very over priced not worth the money and it stopped working properly not self cleaning as stated I bought this after reading all the positive reviews
