OK with some work
Very similar to other pH test strips like this. Price is good for the amount and these are acceptable for pH testing. My frustration with these and others like them is that the reagent is insufficient to provide strong coloring to enable the user to quickly decide pH. For instance if my pH should goes into the 8.0 range, the color is so pale that it is hard to tell if the green belongs in the 8.0 or back in the 7.0 range. I often find myself traveling to different lighting to make a qualified judgement. The 2nd square should make the decision easier but it doesn't for me. The other annoyance with this particular brand is the teeny tiny chart that they put on the bottle...so hang on to the box because the chart on the box is a better size. So far this brand has been the best: GRF Ph Test Strips, 100ct Per Pack Accurate Results in 15 Seconds with Free Alkaline Food Chart Inside Only disappointment is that the price went up another dollar since I first ordered! :(
