This is a wonderful unit was fantastic features and the best app for a product I’ve ever seen. It literally does it all.There is one major issue though (if you have kids) and that is that the child lock that you activate by pressing a button combo can be disengaged just by rotating the dial to the ‘off’ position and then put on any other setting and the child lock no longer is in place. Not great! I think the child lock should prevent the dial from moving until it is disengaged otherwise what is the point?Otherwise this is a brilliant unit and highly recommended.

Firstly a note about the delivery process for white goods like this from Amazon. Be warned: Its a complete joke, do not expect your item when you're advised it will come...it may never turn up... yet you can't cancel it! No correct notifications. I had this problem with a different item, and then this machine turned up on a completely different day and time...luckily we were home. Can't exactly leave it with a neighbour, huh!?! I hope this is something Amazon are working on because it has really let this purchase down, and I felt I had to drop 1☆ because Hoover should be making sure their business partners are providing excellent service.ReviewI feel the eco rating makes this washer dryer combo great value. Assuming it remains reliable, I would definitely recommend it.I found it better than I expected. I was wary of a combined machine but its been easy to use and the dryer is good too.The washer has a good capacity. I can wash my large superking bedding set, or superking bedspread happily. The dryer capacity is a bit smaller, and may mean splitting large loads to dry them.The door is a good size.There are lots of useful automatic and adjustable features like water hardness to enable the machine to measure the amount of detergent required, and an all in one cycle to include drying, and a timer etc. Can be controlled my mobile app but that's never appealed to me!Was easy to install ourselves.My only real bugbears are the following:1) There is no kind of fluff filter for the dryer, I don't know if this is standard for combined machines? It means needing to wipe out the drum/door seal and door thoroughly after using the dryer, rather than emptying a filter.2) The detergent dispenser drawer will not open and close properly when the washing machine door is open. Just bugs me, probably just need to adjust my "loading routine" but it drives me nuts 🙃N.B. Love this machine!!If you love a bit of technology with Apps and linking things to Alexa / Google, Your love this machine!!Really easy to set up, Its great that I don't have to think about detergent as this does it all for you. Can put a wash in the machine, close the door set to WIFI Mode (Turn large dial one click) go to work as I start early, start machine from work through my phone, get home at lunch put clothes out to dry if needed or fold and put away if the machine has dried for me. Did towels overnight had warm clean fluffy towels in the morning.Machine tells you what programme its running and how long left to go before the end, - visible on the machine and through your phone It will send a notification to your phone to say its finished... much to my husbands disappointment if he's home and I'm notLots of extra functions through the app which I love plus a virtual wardrobe to scan label's to give you the best advice on wash setting that again you have to do through your phone and set as favourites in the app.large drum plenty of room for a busy family to wash and dry clothes.Really impressed by the quietness of the machine we live in a open plan home and we don't hear it running just when it does a spin (it's a bit louder) nothing for us to complain about as this is much quieter than our last machineSuper impressed that it has a 'Pet Accessories' programme to help eliminate odours and pet hair on clothes (have to go through the app for this programme along with many more)Not a fan of technology - that's fine even my husband can turn a dial for a quick wash and he doesn't need to even worry about adding detergent to it as the machine does all this for you, close the door, turn the dial press start.. job done!Brilliant for a busy family with pets

We were using Samsung EccoBubble for the last 5 years and on Sunday, it suddenly stop working, so I decide to come back to Hoover. So far so good, spinning is quiet, and loads of programmes during the remote use (app on my iPhone). So far, I'm happy, I will update the review if something will change.
