This form of magnesium was shown in some animal studies to be one of the most effective at raising magnesium levels. Might not work as well as magnesium glycinate for sleep, relaxation, but known for muscle recovery. Didn't disrupt my sleep if taken before bed.

Really good form of magnesium to take during the day with food. High quality and no issues with this brand. I dont know why people are saying "horse pill size too big" literally the same size as most brands.

These pills are HUGE! Tough to swallow. Hope they work.
