I ordered a few books when starting the restoration of my 55 GMC pickup. This book provides a step by step process on how complete the restoration. It gives you various options and talks about pros and cons. I highly recommend this book to anyone starting a restoration.

Thorough book about building/modifying Chevy trucks made between 1955-1959. Color photos on every page with step by step instructions. Another great CarTech book - wonderful for vintage truck afficianados!

Has a lot of good ideas and information.
