This product is amazing. I have been on a ketogenic diet for two weeks now. I have been monitoring my carb intake very carefully but I have always been worried that maybe I wasn't following the diet right. This product put my mind at ease. It changes colors quickly and accurately. I have even had by blood tested for ketones that gave me a reading of 3.87 I immediately used a test strip right after and it read moderate 4. This is a dead on test that I highly recommend to others that are on this diet.

I have been low carb for 19 years. All KETONE STRIPS ARE ALIKE AND APPEAR TO BE MADE EXACTLY THE SAME.ALL WORK WELL WHEN FRESH AND DRY. ALL REQUIRE THE SAME PROTOCOL; DRY HANDS, Remove a stick and close bottle immediately,Wet stick briefly, shake off excess urine, take reading at exactly 15 seconds, keep sticks away from moisture. If you read the results from all ketone strips the reviews will vary form incredible to crap with the SAME BRAND. WHY? Some of this is failure to follow protocol, some is newbies assuming they ought to be in ketosis and they are not. HOWEVER, THE VAST MAJORITY IS THE USE OF OUTDATED STICKS. CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATE UPON ARRIVAL. IF IT IS LESS THAN A YEAR AWAY SEND THEM BACK AND POST A REVIEW TELLING ALL OF US THAT YOU WERE SOLD OLD STICKS. I just recieved another brand with the exp.date two years away! While these had only 6 months and gave bad readings.

I use ketone test strips for dietary reasons and am fairly confident enough to know how deep in ketosis I am without it. However, of all the strips I've used, this is literally the worst.I only bought it out of the convenience of not stepping outside but upon use, I realized they don't really work. Despite being in deep ketosis, I only hover between Trace (0.5) to Small (1.5) which is not only inaccurate, but discouraging. In a more optimistic sense, at least it kinda shows that there are ketones in your urine.I wish I could give these back but I think I'll just settle for "knowing" that I am in some state of ketosis. Whatever.

There are a ton in each bottle, and if you need more, you can cut them in half lengthwise. These test strips help me to determine if I'm in Ketosis or not. A must-have for anyone starting Keto, or just want to make sure you're staying in Ketosis.

These did not work. I knew something was wrong when the color barely changed and I knew I as in ketosis. I went and bought a box at Walgreens of another brand, which did cost more for only 50, BUT they work. I would not buy these.

These worked at first. Now that I've had them for a few months, they don't anymore. They've been stored in a dark, cool place always sealed tightly. Based on other reviews, looks like I'm not the only one who got a bad bunch.

i just a chance to use the strips a day or so ago. As far as I'm concerned they work great. I have been following the Keto eating plan for almost two months, with a few slip ups here and there, and they test says that I am indeed in ketosis. I am happy about that.

All the reviews on these are accurate. They're great for knowing when you have Ketones in your urine but not terrible accurate for telling you just how much. Great product thought, if you want a more accurate test use a blood tester.
