A dream
Recommendation from a neighbour who it seems has been using it for a few years. I have had it for 2 months- works like a charm. Took a few seconds to set it up. I have connected it via USB with my laptop (a Dell) and via blue tooth with my phone (an iPhone 11).ProsExcellent sound qualityNo delay- either sideBoth sides hear each other perfectly.Connects to 2 instruments at the same time: making it possible to have a call on either of the 2 devices at the same time. This is a Jabra feature which is just amazing. I have the Jabra Elite 65t and 75t and the top reason I bought them was 2 device connection. You can read my reviews for both on Amazon.aeWorks with every time of call- phone call, Zoom, Teams, Skype- whatever it is type of call and device agnostic.ConsIt disconnects from the bluetooth connected device (in this case my phone) after sometime. Don't know why. Haven't spent time investigating it. So it is irritating when that happens. If a call comes, then I have to make the person wait a few seconds, go to Settings/Bluetooth and select the device.When I connected both the devices via bluetooth- the laptop and the phone the laptop didn't work properly - mouse which is also bluetooth connected became erratic - must be some signal interference; and also the sound on the Jabra crackled. So defaulted it back to a USB connection. Am not sure if that was the Jabra malfunctioning or my laptop.OverallHighly recommended. Has made my calling experience much easier.

Very good Item
Excellent speaker / microphone. Very clear. Plug and play. Using this in my office for Teams meetings. I prefer this much over headphones. Even travel with it. I highly recommend this product.

Good product, speaker could be a bit better
Good product, speaker output could be a bit better, but it is loud enough. Just when the communication is from another meeting room with speaker/microphone it gets a bit muffled.It could be the quality of the microphone at the other end as well.battery lasts long, can easily get 5 (2 hour) meetings out of one charge.Overall I am satisfied.
