Q: Does the brace make you feel hot or uncomfortable?

Does not make me feel hot, I'm not uncomfortable with it, however, have been wearing braces(both knees) for 20+ years playing tennis 3 times weekly. Has given me the lateral support I need(7 knee operations - including knee replacement.. Still playing and still wearing braces.

Q: Is this a wrap or is it a pull ?on

A pull-on with straps for adjustability.

Q: is the flex adjustable

Not sure if you referring to the side struts or the hinge. The hinge has hyperextension stops.Advanced Sports Medicine

Q: I have a 4 or 5 year old xxl brace & the one i just bought also a xxl & it is to small. can i buy a xxxl?

I had to go up in sizes for this brace because it fits tighter than my other McDavid. If the xxxl is an option, I would go with that.
