I think these are fake with no magnesium in them. They don’t have the normal effect of 200 mg of magnesium citrate. I also found empty capsules. I’ve had them a few months and too late to return. Headed for the garbage. My advice is to skip these phony’s and order a brand you’ve had before

Powdery on the outside. Not sure they have the amount of magnesium they claim.

Just what was needed to improve bowel regurarity

I just received this product today and surprisingly the exp date is 02-2022. I bought 2 bottles for long term use, I live in Indonesia and shipped these to a forwarding agent in USA for easier door delivery (due to restricted custom rules in my country) but am very disappointed receiving these 2 bottles with a very short exp date.

I've taken magnesium supplements before and this rates as one of the best. I have a history of leg cramps and I do not get them with this product. I like that they are capsules which makes them easier to swallow. I prefer magnesium citrate to magnesium carbonate because of the bioavailability, more magnesium is available for your body to use. It works well for me and is priced right.
