Cute idea, but it wasn't for us.
I had higher hopes for this game. I had seen it recommended elsewhere and thought I'd try it. Part of the reason for my less than enthusiastic reception is that I hadn't considered that this might not be a good option for a kid with glasses. If your kid has glasses, I'd recommend passing on this game. This game comes with red spy glasses that you make by attaching an elastic string to cardboard(?) glasses with red lenses. (The game pieces have red markings on them to make it harder to read the number without the red glasses.) The elastic was rather tight, even trying to allow as little string for the knots as possible. Too tight might be better than too loose? But too loose might allow room for adjustment. I'm sure that's tough to gauge when making a game, but it was too tight on a 4 year old that wanted to fit in, too. Once we put the glasses on to attempt to play, we decided to take our glasses off while I read the instructions because they were uncomfortably tight against our eyes and it was taking a while to understand the instructions. We never ended up playing. We are going to donate the game. The game pieces did seem to be well made, but overall, it wasn't worth the effort.

Fun math game
Who knew that math could be fun? My 9-year-old grandson loves math, and he was happy to get this game. His sister, who is not as fond of numbers, plays with him. She is learning without rebelling. That’s a very good thing.
