Q: What is the difference exactly between the A80 & the A65?

The A80 is water resistant, the A65 is waterproof. The A80 has a more solid housing than the A65.

Q: Can I change it from FAT32 to NTFS or is locked?

i changed it from fat32 to ntfs because of backup. I did not see any problem. Now i am using it properly.

Q: Mac Compatible? Can it be use as Time Machine back-up? Boot up or Start up Mac?

Yes you can use it as Time Machine back-up, but not out of the box, you need to format the disk in HFS+ format, this will cause that the disk will work only on Mac, but if you need to get info from the disk in a PC, install HFSExplorer
