I'm not pleased with this particular brand, sorry to say.
I'm being honest with myself, I purchased this brand cause its going for a good price for a 150 caps. BUT it failed me. There are couple times I've experienced constipation & bloating all over again. I used to use another brand before which had helped me with both cases of constipation & bloating, So I got this to keep up with but instead it reversed. Also it needs keeping in the refrigerator which I don't like compare to the room temperature ones. Might work for someone else but not me. Quick delivery oh yes.

Acidophilus is definitely worth trying!
I came across Acidophilus by accident when I was feeding some orphaned baby bunnies, and needed something to aid in their digestion. I used it on the bunnies and they all survived even though the odds weren't in their favor. I have some digestive issues myself. Since Acidophilus worked so well on the bunnies I decided to give it a try, and it seemed to help my problems better than most things that I have tried. It doesn't cause any side effects and the price is reasonable.

I'm so thankful I was able to find this product on Amazon, all the stores in my area stopped selling it and my husband really loves this product and him being a diabetic loves the results. He gets from taking this vitamin. He's been miserable without it. Thanks Amazon
