This is simple to install in line with the filtered water line. It took a while to flush out the sediments for the initial use but working well without any leaks so far and water tastes good!

The mineral fiter works really well - the water tastes amazing with this add on filter. We purchased the 2-pack. The first filter was defective, while the second one worked fine. Since Amazon doesn’t have a choice to request a partial return and replacement, I reached out directly to Waterdrop’s customer service team and they immediately responded and sent us a replacement filter for free. I want to especially thank Harper who made sure that all issues were totally resolved. We have the Waterdrop G3P600 RO under sink filtration system which we have been using daily for over 5 months. The system delivers amazingly clean water, and coupled with the excellent customer service we have experienced, we know that we made a great choice with the Waterdrop company!

Easy to install, just took less than 5 minutes, and water tests great with minerals added back to the water. Must regularly change it as instructed for your own health. Great customer service.

We had a full house water conditioner at our other house but had to move. My husband's disabled and was struggling to get upstairs. Our house is one floor now. We all love it the water was nasty now it's yummy. My handyman put it in thank God he's so knowledgeable.

Without getting an in depth water analysis done I can’t say exactly what the difference is for this filter but I do have a TDS meter which shows that it has moved from 4-5 to 15-18. While it’s not a huge difference, it is working. The taste of the water is different as well, while not my preference because it makes the water feel chalky in my mouth it might be something other people like.The quality is solid, you will need to buy your own tubing to install on an existing system (I added it to an APEC system after the RO filter and before the last carbon filter).I will probably remove it from my system because I am not partial to the taste, but it is effective.

Easy installation. Adds minerals back to Reverse Osmosis systems. Highly recommend.

the cartridge was unexpected addition to the Waterdrop G2 Reverse Osmosis system followed instructions closely but it leaked at outlet side .Made the mistake of mounting under cabinet as instruction suggested Thus could not get tubing to release when it leaked .Contacted supplier they were more. than happy to replace , promptly .Best Customer Service Customer service mailed replacement faster than Amazon's first mailing . Second install purchased more tubing from Home Depot and cut tubing long enough so I could remove from under cabinet before trying to remove cartridge and this made it easier to remove tubing following instructions, Also added duct tape to tubing when installing so had a. firmer grip pushing in tubing beyond the initial click , So far works great , City Water does taste better Very satisfied customer happy with purchase

The product works as expected and the TDS levels when tested are in the perfect range. Water also tests great now with the addition of this filter. I had to reach out to Waterdrop for a few questions and Rebecca from customer service went above and beyond in identifying the issue I was running into and even sent across a component I was missing. Very happy with the business. Highly recommended.
