Adjustable but getting the balance right is hard.
I've been trying to find a new pillow for a while now, and after four failed attempts I thought it was time to give Coop a go. I already own a Coop body pillow, which I still like several months down the line, and had briefly used that as a pillow during a period of bad TMJ, when everything else felt too firm.+ The pillow is really soft but doesn't sink straight through to the mattress.+ The pillow comes with extra stuffing.+ The pillow is lovely to hug.+ Unlike some shredded foam pillows, this one is not lumpy.+ It is adjustable which will be useful for front/back sleepers or side sleepers that need a high loft.- The stuffing moves around.- The pillow has little to no support (unless you get it perfect - when it feels great for a short period of time)- Fluffing the pillow is not overly effective after a few weeks of use.- While adjustable it might be difficult to find a good balance between loft, softness, and support.- It's cooler than my other memory foam pillow but it isn't really a 'cool' pillow. If you run hot, don't bother.- I'm not keen on the cover - sometimes it feels fine, other times it feels scratchy (I'm quite sensitive) - but so far, no other cover seems to fit right. After a lot of attempts, I've found a level of fill that works for me on nights where my ear pain needs a high degree of softness. I wouldn't want to use it as a daily pillow, as comfort and support levels are variable, but sometimes it hits perfect.
