Works great with Mikrotik CCR1036 and Netgear CM2000 2.5Gig DOCSIS Cable Modem
So, I don't do Amazon reviews - I just wanted to say that I was ticked pink when I plugged this in and it negotiated the 2.5G rate with my new Netgear CM2000 cable modem.Previously I couldn't get the full ~1180Mbps from Comcast over a 1G connection, and I had the Arris SB8200 that 'supported' bonding two 1G connections, but that never worked right.Back to this SFP module… I was going to get the Mikrotik module, but it's not only more expensive, but Amazon had this FLYPRO module in stock for next-day delivery. The modem is in the garage, 100 feet away from the router, but it works great negotiating the 2.5Gbps link speed without an issue. I took a chance, and I'm happy I did!

Good quality and value for money!
I bought a couple of these transceivers for use with my Mikrotik CSS326 switches. The switches have been updated to the latest firmware v2.12 at time of writing and they correctly recognize the transceiver as Flypro SFP-10GT-MT-30M Rev A0. They are warm to the touch when operating under normal load which is as expected since 10GBase-T transceivers do tend to run warm, especially under load. Linked up at 10Gbps with my QNAP QSW-408 switch without any fuss using Cat 7 copper over ~15m-20m. They also connected at 10Gbps with Cat 6 patch cables. I plan to buy more as I need them. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to the Mikrotik branded transceivers.

Doesn’t work with N-baseT switches
This model, SFP-10GT-MT-30M, works fine at 10G. Didn’t work well with Cisco switches at 1G or Trendnet TEG-S380 2.GbE switch. I was experiencing slow 100-200Mb downloads but line rate uploads. But hey, it’s not advertised for those specs either. If you are looking for N-basedT, FlyProFiber has a new SFP+ that is advertised for NbaseT, and works great at all speeds.

Works well with good cables
I have two of these transceivers, one in a Mikrotik CRS305 and one in a Mellanox ConnectX-3. Both are "for Mikrotik".Over a 30m run of flat "CAT7" they only got ~150mbit. Various lengths of CAT6 up to 15m work great, so I assume the cheap CAT7 cable is at fault. I have a high quality 30m CAT6a on order that I expect will work.Just be aware that longer runs of 10GBase-T require decent cabling.

Good value for your money!
Product came packaged in a nice, tin case with a slide out lid. The tin was lined with foam and the sfp fit snugly inside. Placed this in my Mikrotik CRS328-24P-4S+RM (Gotta love that naming scheme lol) and on the other end my Ubiquiti Unifi Dream Machine Pro with a similar sfp transceiver. It does run quite hot in the Mikrotik as opposed to the one in my UDMP but I read that was common with Mikrotik switches. Will purchase again in the future as I slowly transition my home to 10Gbe.

Description is wrong, doesn't work with MikroTik
Failed to negotiate any link (100M/1G/10G) on MikroTik CRS309-1G-8S+IN and CRS305-1G-4S+IN

Very High Quality
This is a very high quality module that came in premium packaging. I opened it, plugged it into my 10G switch and it linked my PC at 10G instantly. I have purchased 5 of these at this point and all have been problem free and rock solid.
