Perfect
This worked perfect to solve my cooling fan that was constantly running. '10 VW Jetta 2.5Easier then replacing the fan module itself.

It fits. It’s works (2011 GTI)
No complaints. It’s lighter than the factory one, but I don’t see how that’s a problem. It might make my car go a little faster if anything lol. Had it for about a month and no real issues to report. My car did not start once, and I thought it was maybe because the fan didn’t cut off like other commenters said….but I don’t think that was the case. My car got other issues so I won’t pin it on the fan. Even if the fan stays on after the shine is off , it doesn’t stay on pass 4-5 minutes which is normal if the engine is hot. It only happened once.

Works but looks a bit unballanced and uneven
It is easy to install and works as it should. Just do not look at it... as it looks a bit unballanced as the plastic does not stay in the circle shape as the VW one. The VW one, you can barely see if it runs, this one it is easy to see. I hope I set the expectations right. My AC is now workiong perfect and quick again. It was slow to get cold, not anymore!

Doesn’t fit 2014 Jetta TDI
Didn’t fit unfortunately, quality seemed good though.

Only used the fans
This was an exact replacement for my 2013 Jetta TDI. The old fans ended up in the skid plate in many pieces, so I went on the hunt for a cheap replacement. The wiring harnesses were correct and the fan sizes and locations were also correct. The frame that holds it all together was flimsy. Luckily the OEM fan frame was undamaged, so I swapped the parts over and installed it. Have to give it 5 stars as it all worked great. I would recommend if you do the same thing I did by swapping parts.
