Q: Can it help lighten up old scars???

I do not know what it will do for old scars but it did absolutely nothing for my age spots. I am getting weary of companies that promote products that do not deliver. Sorry.

Q: What can help with helping get rid of white sun spots?

I am not involved with the manufacturing of this product. I only purchased it for personal use, so I have no idea about claims it gets rid of white sun spots. I stopped using it because it was not getting rid of dark spots on my arm.

Q: After using the entire bottle, who has seen actual results of considerable lightening of their dark spot that was applied directly on?

I used it earlier this year and used it for probably three weeks and my dark spot on my chest is completely and totally gone. It works. And I still have almost a whole bottle left and a new bottle as well.

Q: Will this fade broken blood vessel spots on lower legs?

It did nothing for me, still have brown spots and many more. About broken blood vessel spots, I cannot tell you. Good Luck
