Perfect
These are awesome. They're also EXTREMELY well made which surprised me.

Helpful, fun tool to help ease anxiety.
I use these as a game to go over with my niece that is nine who has anxiety and ADHD. We turned something not so fun into something fun and it was very exciting for her to learn new tricks.

As a Christian I was hoping these would be more neutral. They definitely lean heavily towards Buddhism. I can appreciate and respect other religions. I don’t have a problem utilizing most of these techniques, but some go directly against my belief system.With that being said, there are many great things about the cards and would be a fantastic purchase for those who are not devoted Christ followers.The cards are the perfect size, easy to read, information is easy to understand and follow through with the activities. I believe they have helped and will help many people and in the anxious world we live in, that’s a good thing. Great product overall.

Perfect meditation starter kit
I purchased these as a gift for my daughter who wanted to start a meditation practice without a particular spiritual slant and they are perfect for that! She loves the design of them and that they each have a purpose. The size is compact, but legible. She’s very happy with her deck and pleased with this gift!

Print/Grammar/Missing Words–Not Double Checked for Errors
I purchased this as a gift for someone so I did not open it and didn’t see any of the cards myself. I was thinking about re-ordering another one as another gift for someone and noticed this:Why weren’t these checked before print? In the product photos, the 2nd picture: #1-“What are we working so hard, if not to spend quality time with our loved ones?” It’s missing a word or incorrect grammar? #2 is double spaced after the word “family. You can be…” It’s embarrassing to purchase this to give us a gift if there’s several errors when it’s meant to be positive and uplift someone.
