I use this thing daily. Got it for my neck and shoulders but in the winter I’ll use it under my comforter for extra warmth when my hubs is at work. I also used it as a general heating pad after surgery. The design is great for multiple uses. The smell is not off putting.

My husband loves this. He uses it nearly every day. I t produces a moist heat.

Pleased with this neck and shoulder wrap. I heat for 2 min. 20 sec. (2 min. Was not warm enough). The only reason I gave 4 statrs is the warmth subsides in about 15 minutes. Very well made with the beads distibuting evenly and the neck portion sturdy enough to stand up and really warm my neck. It does help relieve my arthritis and the size is large enough to help my shoulders too. It does smell slightly of cooked rice when heated but not a deal breaker.

What a game changer! Love this thing, long day, neck ache, cold night, sore throat, post bath, any occasion this is a perfect addition. Easy to heat and relieves so much tension. Great for neck but also can be used elsewhere! Worth every penny!!

I love this heat wrap, the neck collar is higher than others I’ve tried and it’s very comfortable. I was looking for one that would help with my neck pain. The fabric is soft, pliable and versatile. I also like the fact that it is unscented! Great product!

Material is soft and the weight is comfortable on my shoulders. The downside is that it doesn’t retain the warmth for more than 20 minutes. I guess I should have purchased an electric heating pad.

Just as described, you heat this in the microwave for 2 intervals of 2 minutes, turning it around to evenly distribute the heat. It’s warm, soothing, and comfortable on the neck/shoulders. It could be used on other aching areas too.
