This support has been great for night time use. It helps my wrist to rest and remain supported regardless of how many times I moved around in sleep. I can adjust the three straps to avoid pressure and pain on the hand and wrist.

It has a build in sleeve to hold a hot or cold pouch which I like. I have a deteriorating thumb joint as well as an recent injury that movement makes far worse. So it's been very helpful and I feel better protected from causing myself additional pain. It's well made and with three adjustable straps it stays in place. The Velcro is strong and takes some work to get out of it if in a hurry. Price was also a plus.

I tried 3 other braces and this one is the best by far; firm and comfortable, it keeps me from overextending that hand, because I'll forget and...ouch!Even if the little cold pack is small, just having it in place for 20 minutes or so helped a lot. I then removed the ice pack and wore the brace while sleeping. Carpal tunnel pain have abated and almost eliminated, but I have been forgetful and not used the brace every night as I should. I have been forgetful BECAUSE this brace works well!! Just remember to use caution with the wrist during the day and NOT DO the things that aggravate the inflammation because it can come back. And try to become more familiar with the location of the keys and STOP using those legs that tilt up your keyboard. This is exactly the wrong position to hold your wrists while typing.

After reading the reviews, I purchased this wrist brace to stabilize my sprained wrist. I hyperextended or over torqued my wrist using an electric drill to drill multiple 1inch holes in a tree stump. The spade bit would get stuck about 6-8 inches down. The drill bit immediately stopped but the drill, my hand and the attached wrist continued to rotate. After a few attempts to win this battle, I stopped because my wrist was objecting to the abuse. After a few weeks the pain and lack of strength in the wrist was not getting better. I hoped the brace would stabilize the wrist so the tissue could heal. The brace did hold the wrist in place and alleviated much of the pain associated with general daily movements. I kept the brace on for about 23 hours each day and slept with the brace on. After several weeks I ended up in physical therapy. The physical therapist made me a custom, HARD-backed brace. I think getting the FEATOL wrist brace was a step in the right direction and the hot/cold pack was useful. The physical therapist’s concern was that the FEATOL brace allowed too much movement but they are designed to accommodate multiple size wrists. I am now several months post injury and still struggling with my limp wrist. The brace did its job, but 75-year-old people just don’t bounce back like a 40 year old. However, I would still recommend the FEATOL wrist brace as it did stabilize the wrist and provided some relief.

This wrist brace is not only adjustable and made of comfortable materials, it is easy to keep clean and very supportive. I fractured my wrist and needed occasional support after I got the cast removed, and this brace not only helped provide that, the hot/cold pack helped with long work days and times when I had some minor swelling.I sometimes wore it overnight or during long stretches of lifting even a year after my fracture healed to give my wrist a little help when it was feeling strained. The contact points and areas around my fingers are cushioned enough that I didn't get blisters or raw spots and my circulation was still good even with firm support.I like the grey colour as it doesn't stand out and the brace itself isn't very bulky so it even fits inside my long sleeved shirts. This brace is super and I am really glad I got it to help keep my wrist from becoming painful again.

Gave great support, strong Velcro, great comfort

I passed this one up when looking for a wrist brace to wear at night. I regret going with another one that ended up being useless. The velcro system on here is smart. When strapped down, none of the velcro sticks out to catch on things (one of the most annoying features of the previous one I went with). Also, having the optional ice pack add on is great. Brace secures wrist wonderfully alleviating pain from repetitive office work. Definitely recommend!

I was waking up at night with my right hand numb and aching. It was also like that intermittently during the day. My doctor recommended a hand brace so I started searching and found this one. I liked the idea that there are different ones for the right and left hands instead of a universal fit which seems like a compromise. I have been sleeping with it for about a week and have not had a single episode of numbness! I can’t believe that it made the problem go away so quickly. It is very well made and is actually comfortable to wear all night so I am going to continue wearing it for a while.

Super comfy but a bit hot to sleep in in summer. Use it for repetitive stress. Doesn't pinch anywhere and fits my big forearm.
