Car looks like it just came out of a commercial
I’ve been using the AQUACREST inline water filter to wash my car, and it’s honestly amazing. No water spots, no weird film—just a clean, shiny finish that makes me feel like I actually know what I’m doing out there with a hose.Super easy to hook up, and the results speak for themselves. My neighbors probably think I hired a detailer.Would I recommend it? Absolutely. If you’re still washing your car with unfiltered water, you’re doing it wrong.

Definitely not 100% spot free and plastic is pretty low quality, but...
Good product as long as you know what you're getting into. Will buy again.I live in the mountains and there is a ton of minerals in my water. This reduces the mineral content drastically and makes car washing much easier. Not 100% spot free but I don't think there is a product that will do that unless you spend hundreds on a professional de-ionizer.The plastic is pretty low quality and the threads strip easy. Had an issue and customer service took care of me promptly. My advice, buy some quick disconnects so you only have to screw them on once and use plumbers tape.

Threads on cap went bad after 3rd use...can no longer rethread it to faucet
UPDATE: Very pleased with company. They sent me a brand new 2-pack as soon as they got my message and we have now purchased a small brass fitting with a toggle switch that we just leave screwed into the filter and attach the brass piece to the end of our hose instead of attaching the plastic filter. What I like: it's perfect for filtering out hard water calcium when filling our outdoor fountain or hosing off the glass patio table and windows after a storm. No more white spots on glass or hard calcium deposits on our cement fountain. What I don't like: We just received this 2 pack 1 week ago and today was the third time used. We bought a hose extender as they suggested, but our water spigot is so low to ground, we couldn't use it, so I just screwed the filter directly on to the faucet. Went on perfectly the first 2 times. Today, I noticed it wasn't screwing on at all. I looked and the plastic threads are such soft plastic, they don't have threads anymore to get it started. I screwed it in half way and cock-eyed anyway because we needed to fill fountain but water gushed out the sides because the screw threads are shot. I'm going to request they send me a replacement and I'll go buy a small brass head with a toggle switch and just leave it permanently screwed into the filter until it no longer works.

Wash your vehicle with clean, mineral free water.
Filter fits inline with garden hose. Water where I live is full of minerals(well water). If you wash your own vehicle this filter removes the minerals. No water spots. Water quality:No spots.Water pressure:plenty of pressure to wash and rinse vehicles.

DOES NOT LAST
Do not purchase to wash your car! The water flow stops to a dribble after the second rinse! I switched to the second filter thinking the first might have been defective and it did the same thing! I have a spray nozzle so the water wasn’t just flowing out either, I literally rinsed the left side of my car washed it and when I went to rinse off the soap the water pressure was a dribble! I used 2 filters to try to finish washing my car and still had soap residue, I had to get a bucket instead to finish the wash.

Low flow with 45psi well, works ok
I have well water good flow but pressure is at 45 psi ( easier on system I have). Good water low ph and low sediment.Car is 5th gen Camaro 2ss silver metallic ice ( think c00rs light can ). Freshly ceramic coat, So spotting on paint is hard to see but on the black stripe and glass i saw little improvement. With the filter inline there was so low flow and pressure it was hard to get everything washed and rinsed off and perfect weather 65 shade light breeze and still had issues... Maybe if you have ok city water pressure things will be ok.I use there inline filters for ice machine and eyewash stations at work ( in town ) with good results so this may be just be a well thing. I will try it on city water and see.

It works to eliminate mineral deposits
Very effective. I needed to find a way to eliminate spots on my windows when I did exterior wash. We have hard water that left spots when I rinsed. No more.

Really read this first!
5 stars because no one reads the negative reviews. This product does not work, unless on lives in an area where the TDS value is less than 100ppm. I charged bith units per the instructions and it never got below 170 each. Shortly after that the TDS started to climb again. So, let's put both units in tandem and I should get a usable reading. Nope! the lowest it got was 59, then it started climbing again. Eventually the TDS value coming out of both units was equal to my home TDS value of 450ppm. So in summary, if you live in an area where your TDS is 150ppm or less, this should work for you.
