I've purchased six of these towels (3 sets) in the last six months or so, and I currently have five (because I killed a massive roach crawling out of my shower drain once with one and I had to throw it in the trash. Hubs wasn't pleased but it's not like HE was willing to scrape it out, so...)These are perfect bath mats for any price, really. They're decently thick, not hard or stiff, and of a perfect size. I recently ordered another two sets after having my initial set (or one rather haha) for about five months (orig. Purchased in July, reorder came Nov). I did notice right away that the new towels seemed significantly thicker and softer. I've never noticed a lot of lint coming from the other towel so I'm not sure if it's my hard water or just the use of hot water bleach washings over time that's caused the difference. In no way is my original towel thin - it's a significant heavy weight and feels substantial. I ordererd more because my son loves to play on our patio in his sandbox, and as it turns out, these are the PERFECT towels to use to clean your feet when coming in barefoot from outside. They easily catch the dirt and water. These towels can be soaked and like ten pounds before they start dripping with water, I'm surprised at the amount of water they can hold when fully prepped.I don't think I'll ever buy any other kind of floor towel, and I'm rather picky about towels. I hate towels that leave lint on your body when drying off, and I've had to use these towels as bath towels in a pinch and they leave me clean with no lint every time. I need to find these in bath towel sizes!Update July 2018:All my towels are still going strong. Don't notice the lint issue anymore, washed in hot hard water once a week with bleach and they're just as fresh and white as they were when first bought. One towel did get snagged on something awhile back and has a quarter sized hole in it, but it hasn't frayed or deteriorated in it's heavy use so I'd definitely say that's awesome.

I love these little rugs. They’re 100% cotton, super soft. They wash very well and no fuzzies when they came out of the washer and dryer. I use them to do home pedicures.

I love the excellent quality and the softness of these bath mats towels. Oh my gosh are they thick? Yes! They are BETTER THAN HOTEL BATH MATS! The bath mat withstood my shower, then my husband’s shower and my grandson’s bath! Then I hung it over the side of the tub and by the next morning it was dry. Fabulous colors white and gray! I have two colors in my bathroom - White and Gray! Perfect match!

Disappointed and got convinced by the 4.5 star reviews, which frankly I do not understand how.IMO there is nothing luxury about this set. Upon opening I immediately noticed they are not what you would find in a hotel, but rather motel. I then noticed the card included stating "towels will fluff after first wash/dry". I thought okay maybe that's the secret. Well, it is NOT the case. Now that they are unpackaged and washed, guess they will be used in the utility room.These are indeed towels for your floor, nothing luxury or plush. The "mat" reference in the title is misleading.If you are looking for something of true luxury style and quality, I recommend keep looking.

Fantastic for when you step out of the bath or shower. The quality is superb. The taupe is a true taupe color. The price point is good.
