Ring Chime Pro

This Ring Chime Pro is awesome and super fast to setup. High quality design and materials. Made from a quality plastic material. Strong and durable. Adding this to an already existing Ring doorbell allows our other indoor Ring cams to stay connected even better. Perfect. Super happy. We specifically ordered this to simply extend out WiFi signal for all of our other Ring cams and even some cams that are not. It also amplifies the sound of the doorbell and allows for you to choose a chime sound and adjust the volume levels, or more importantly you can totally turn down the volume so it does not get your dogs all excited and bark when the doorbell rings. It even has a barking dog sound for those who do not have a pet but want to feel safer having it sound that way. Not sure of all the technical reasons why it works so well however it did quickly and easily hook up to our Spectrum Cable provided, standard router. A WiFi router and internet cable modem is still required for setup, this does not replace your router like some mesh WiFi internet connections do. This connected on the first try in less than 2 minutes and immediately did it’s own update lasting only a few minutes. It has stay connected so far with no issues at all and I am able to see the WiFi boost in all rooms of our home. Set this up close to your router to begin then it can easily be moved farther away. Sturdy and heavy, stays in the outlet well. It could be plugged in to a power bank for power outages. It has a built in nightlight feature that can be used as well as a choice of turning of the indicator light in case you use this in a bedroom. Still surprised how quickly it connected and how easy it was to add our other cams to it. Previously I had tried to install a regular WiFi extender that plugged in but was unable to connect it. Great for persons who may not be knowledgeable about WiFi like us. Would definitely highly recommend this awesome and fast connecting Ring Pro Chime for anyone using any security cameras or doorbells in the Ring family. Overall we are giving it’s quality, construction, strength, durability, neutral beauty, versatility, efficiency, accuracy, connectivity, effectiveness, extending WiFi signal throughout the home and outdoors, ease of use and care, use with commercial routers or private add on routers, functionality, feeling safer and more secure, must have, speed, ability to actually stay connected 24 hours a day, and awesomeness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

This sleek, plug-in wonder has transformed my doorbell experience from blissful ignorance to full-on accountability, and I’m not sure I’m ready for this level of responsibility. Installation? A breeze. Plug it in, connect it to the Ring app, and boom—you’re in business. The Wi-Fi extender feature is a nice bonus, making my Ring Doorbell’s connection smoother than my best pickup lines. And the sound? Crystal clear, with customizable chimes that range from “pleasant ding-dong” to “space-age bloop-bloop.” It’s like having a tiny DJ announcing every visitor.But here’s the kicker: it works too well. Before the Chime Pro, I could pretend I didn’t hear the doorbell and avoid awkward chats with delivery folks or that neighbor who “just wants to borrow a lawnmower.” Now? The Chime Pro’s loud, melodious alert echoes through my house like a royal proclamation. Ignoring it is like trying to ignore a toddler with a megaphone. I’m forced to answer the door, make small talk, and—gasp—be a functioning member of society. What a nightmare!In all seriousness, the Ring Chime Pro is fantastic. It’s reliable, boosts your Ring system’s performance, and ensures you never miss a visitor. The only downside? It’s so effective that you’ll actually have to deal with the people at your door. Definitely works, extends the sound to the back of the house. I sometimes don't her the ring door bell if I am out on the ba k porch. Easy to connect and no batteries to change.

Works great for signal booster! My RSSI has significantly gone up since I got this little guy therefore my picture clarity as well! I had my WiFi mesh extender as close as possible to the ring doorbell before but i was getting health alerts as it was too close to my router. And even then it was hovering around -65 ish which isn’t great. Problem solved once I plugged in this guy and moved my mesh extender to a better part of the house. RSSI is now in the low -40s. Also kind of enjoy the built in light that notifies you of a doorbell press if you decide to not use any chime sounds. Only reason not five stars is you can’t even see the chime pro in the ring app if you are a shared user, have to be main account holder, but still not the end of the world. Definitely worth it.

We were having issues with one of our cameras. Easily installed this and was able to connect the furthest camera to this instead of WiFi. Finally got it working again !

Don’t hesitate, get this unit. I have had Ring Stick up Cam for at least a year, mounted outside on my brick house, always went off line at night and during day losing WIFI. Easily installed Chime Pro and the wifi signal at least doubled, great signal strength. Even added another Ring Cam on front of house even further away from my WIFI signal, no problem. If only I had tried this sooner. It even has a night light.

For those with modern Networks that do 2.4, 5.0 wifi this device is a game changer. I purchased the cheaper 2.4 only model and it would not find my Asus wifi router.I returned the 2.4 device and bought this one.Everything hooked up easily and works great. The nightlight is a nice touch as well....

I love the Ring system. Set up is so easy using the app. The chime searched my devices and did the connections I needed.
