Seller and Product both are Not Good
This Product if not working properly. Purchased it 3 months back with a warranty of 3 years but now there is some problem, and it is heating unevenly. When we contacted the seller they say that heating is not covered under warranty and only thermostat is covered. They have not even tried to see or repair or find whats the cause of the problem, they are not interested in even trying to solve the problem. Only want to run away from it. Highly Ungenuine brand and seller. Even Amazon is not helping.

Current in the body surface of waffle Cone maker
MAZORIA Waffle Cone Maker Commercial for Ice Cream Cone was delivered me on 22nd April 2024. I was busy and I have not checked the above machine by connection power supply. On 6th May 2024 , when I connected above machine I found that there is full current in the outer surface of top (body) of the machine. I request to seller that he may depute engineer / technician for rectification or replace the machine.

Low quality material
Dear all Pls don’t buy this machine .. all materials are very cheap .. even cone mould also in Plastic materials…after one or 2 use it is change the mould size because only mould make in local plastic materials…
