SHARP
This mandolin has the sharpest blade. We love it for slicing onions and tomatoes, which are usually not easy to slice, but be careful as it is very sharp.

Mandoline works great but food grip breaks easily
When I received this, it was just what I was looking for. It was great! However, the food grip snapped in half in less than a month. It is useless without it. I purchased a food grip from another company/mandoline separately but it is a lot smaller and doesn't work as well. I would love it if I was able to get a food grip separately without having to purchase the whole mandoline again.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!
I bought this the other day and had it shipped to an Amazon dropbox for pick up because I’m a commercial truck driver and usually Spend weeks on the road and don’t know where I will be in three or four days.I was looking for a small mandolin slicer, something not real big, that I could use on the truck and storage wouldn’t be an issue. I’m glad I chose this one.So far I’ve used it to slice eggplant on the thick setting #3 and dropped it in the air fryer. I like the thin setting, #1 for apples and cucumbers. The gripper tool that’s included works great for smaller items to prevent cutting yourself and I like the way it snaps on for easy storage. That’s important to me.

Excellent slicer
I was just using this and thinking to myself how much I like it! We give carrot slices to our dogs, rather than biscuits. I can’t tell you how many pounds of carrots I have SAFELY sliced since I got this. The food grip really makes it easy to get every last slice cut with NO risk of slicing a finger or thumb. It’s a great product!
