Solid performance from a trusted brand
Simply stated, I won't use any other brand of CF cards in my cameras.I'm sure some of the no-name cards have similar specs for a lower price, but I need to know for sure that my photos are reliably saved when I hit that button. I just want to focus on taking photos without thinking about the reliability or speed of my memory card.SanDisk has been the leader in memory cards since the early days of digital photography, so I know I can trust them. This particular card is an upgrade for me from an older, smaller, slower SanDisk card for my Canon 5D Mark II. I generally don't need that much space for taking stills, but when I shoot in RAW format, I've used as much as 50GB in a single event. The faster speed means I can shoot more shots in a row without waiting for the card to finish saving.

Great value for price
These cf cards are extremely fast and reliable for the price. Also get a year of their RescuePRO deluxe recovery software.

Very Fast and Dependable
These cards have never let me down. They are fast and I've never had one fail. I usually swap between multiple cards just in case, but I've never had one fail.

Extremely reliable, but order more than one
Bought 4 cards to use with Magic Lantern on 5D MK 3 for RAW video recording. 1 Card out of four couldn't be read or formatted, but the 3 others worked flawlessly with writing speeds near 101 mb/s and continuous shooting. The same thing happened to me 2 years ago with the 60mb/s ones, where one of the two couldn't be used. Luckily Amazon's return policy allowed me to return the faulty cards. These cards are a bit more expensive than the Lexar ones, but my experience with the Lexar cards is bad: I bought 2 cards and returned both as they both stopped working after one day of heave raw shooting. I used Sandisc for years now and these cards have prooved to be reliable to me. I would recommend buying more than one since I had two experiences with unusable cards. Those that worked, lasted me and were reliable, that's why I am giving 4 stars.

Great, super-fast card
Great card I stepped up to this from 8GB 30 MB/s CF and 32GB 80MB/s sd cards (which seemed to have similar performance in use). Compared to those 2 cards this transformed both Canon 1d IV and my 5d mkIII. On the 1D IV I have not hit my buffer limit and it clears nearly instantly. Shooting motorsports this lets me hit every car I want to using high speed frame rate on the opening lap AND have time to review my images while I'm waiting for them to come around again. On the 5dIII I am more likely to hit the buffer (still a rare occasion), but it clears quickly, again giving me a chance to review images while waiting for the cars to come around again. With my old cards sometimes the buffer hadn't even cleared by the start of the second lap. If you shoot action (or video) This (or another cards of similar speed) is one of the best investments you can make - It can literally add new life to older gear!As for the capacity I do like not having to change cards frequently, although with such a fast card I have found myself taking more photos during a session, and there is always that "all your eggs in one basket" issue should the card get lost or camera stolen with a days shooting still in it.
