I like it because it tastes good and keeps my blood sugar in check. I am pre diabetic and use it when required.

The product does not taste very bitter considering the ingredients used to make the juice. I feel the juice could be a bit more thicker. However, it is not a quick remedy for managing the sugar level. One has to take the juice for at least 2 months to assess its effectiveness. There is a need to provide a better measuring cup which comes along with the bottle. It is somewhat flimsy and tends to break during transit. Also, the literature in the bottle does not indicate whether the juice is to be diluted with equal quantity of water before being taken. In the absence of any such indication, I guess it is to taken without dilution. It is better to clarify this point.

This works very well on blood sugar levels of mine. Just know that I did not have sugar problem. It appeared during Covid infection. On consuming it regularly blood sugar levels of mine stays within healthy limits.
