I purchased the Venus Celo 15CV 15-Litre Storage Water Heater on 23-Dec-2021, and it was delivered promptly on 25-Dec-2021 at a great deal of INR 7218. From day one, it has been working perfectly. It heats water in just about 10 minutes, which is quite efficient. The ISI certification was a big selling point for me, ensuring both safety and quality.The product comes with a 2-year warranty, and in this period, I only required two minor services. Venus offers excellent customer support and warranty service. If there’s ever an issue, they assign a local technician within 2-3 days. After the warranty expires, the service charge is reasonable at INR 300, but I haven’t faced any major problems so far. My family, initially hesitant about investing in it, is now very happy with the purchase.One thing to note is that the heater comes with a 16A, 3-pin plug, so make sure you have the correct socket ready before installation.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient water heater!(Not a paid review 😂)I’ve seen a lot of fake reviews on Amazon for small cashback rewards, and it’s disappointing that Amazon hasn’t cracked down on these scams yet. Working of machine is good, no over heating, coming to installation it depends on technician and your current washroom position.

This product I have purchased and installed gaiser. The gaiser was some sound continuously coming I have informed before guarantee period service employee come but the particular problem was not rectified till now, I was purchased from beginning to till now not arrest the sound. Kindly first periority to take action and rectify the same. It is dangerous condition for bathing my families.

Those who are searching for a good gyser, go for it whiout giving 2nd thought. Venus is always excellent in performance & thanks to Amazon for timely delivery of product.But I am totally disappointed with the free installation service which is hopeless & performed by worthless technician who does not possess any experience in installation. Immediately after completing the installation, I found leakage from the angular stop cork for which I've paid Rs 200 against no money receipt. While installation, he does not use the pvc gotka as provided by venus as he was provided 20 no drill pointer for that. He use wooden gotka in this installation against my will & the reason for not installing with provided pvc gotka & the tools for that is not understood. There is no supervision of venus in this installation process as no one called me for the feedback of Installation.In view of above, I would like to request Amazon to give a positive resolution against this defective installation although I've paid Rs 200 for angular stop cork installation.
