As the size and design of the speakers have been relatively the same throughout the years, the speaker mounts should work on previous iterations such as the Min 10 & 20 and Min 11 & 21. They, of course, also work on our newest Min 12 & 22. The 400M is compact and discreet. Q: Do these include attachment hardware such as plastic inserts for the wall and screws?

Hello and thank you for contacting Cambridge Audio. I believe you might be asking about drywall anchors. These are not included with the item. We do include screws and the hex wrench needed for installation.

Q: Do these walls mounts pivot at all?

As you can see from the image, the mount has 2 axis. These axis can be loosened, rotated to your liking and then tightened with an allen key. The rotation is restricted by the dimensions of the speaker and the method to connect the wires. When using plugs, I recommend to use plugs with a 90 degree angle.
